Before we can start marketing any home that requires photography, several matters must be addressed.
This ensures the home will be presented at it’s best to prospective tenants and is presented at it’s best when we complete the ingoing inspection report prior to the tenancy commencing. Key areas which require attention are:
Look best when mowed with all edges trimmed
Weed free makes the plants look great
Rubbish is best in the bins please
Mold free will show off your bathrooms etc. to their best advantage
Would a fresh coat of paint improve the chances of a great tenant?
Like spiders, do not belong in the house
First Property Management carries out comprehensive inspections at the beginning and end of each tenancy. During the tenancy, we complete detailed property routine & maintenance inspections 3 monthly as per insurance policy requirements. We provide you with a comprehensive written report with photos.
The healthy homes standards introduce specific and minimum standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture and drainage, and draught stopping in rental properties.
We work with a team of trades people and maintenance people who take care of any issues that arise. We ensure all our contractors have Professional Indemnity Insurance. While we use a team of preferred contractors, we are happy to use anyone you recommend to work on your property provided they are licensed for the particular maintenance job.
